Do I have to set up an account to order in your store?

Yes, you can only order in the store using a registered account.

How can I change or add account information?

To change your account information, click on your username in the upper right corner of the website and select "Profile". There you can update your name, e-mail-address, avatar, and password.

How do I delete my account?

If you want your account and all the information saved in it to be deleted from our servers entirely, please contact us and we will delete the account for you.

Do I have to state my age?

Yes, you have to be over 18 in order to register and to make a payment.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it?

Should you forget your password, please click on  "Forgot Password?" in the Login-Screen and enter the E-Mail address connected to your account. You will then receive an E-Mail with a link to reset your password.

I’m having problems signing in. What should I do?

Please make sure you entered your e-mail address and password correctly. If you forgot your password, please click on  "Forgot Password?" in the Login-Screen and enter your e-mail address. If you entered the correct login information and are still unable to sign in, please contact us.

What do I do, if I cannot register?

Please make sure that the e-mail-address you entered is valid and has not already been used for another account. Please also check, if you have entered your password correctly both times. If you should still have problems with creating an account, please contact us .

What do I do if the site keeps crashing?

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of your web browser and that cookies are enabled in your browser. Please also check whether your Internet connection speed is sufficient. Should you still have problems with the site, please contact us .

What can I do if I have not received my order, my order is missing items, or my shipment is late?

In case of any problems with your shipment, please contact us .

What products do you offer?

We offer a wide range of movies and series available as DVD, Blu Ray and UHD.

How do I place an order?

1. Add product(s) to your order by selecting "add to cart" or "Order Now" for your chosen product(s). 2. Your total order amount will appear in your shopping cart, where you can click on "Continue Shopping" or "Check out".  3. When you press „Check out“ simply log in to your account (if you have one) and fill out the required shipping and billing information and press "Pay Now.“  4. You get an immediate e-mail that confirms your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us  and as long as the order is not shipped we will try to cancel it for you.
